Above Combesgate Beach in Mortehoe, this five-bedroom contemporary property sleeps 12 guests across three king-size rooms and two bunk bedrooms. A floating, glass-balustraded staircase leads to the upper floor where each king-size room has an en-suite shower room and sea views; two open onto balconies and the third features a floor-to-ceiling glass wall, a walk-in wardrobe and a Juliet balcony. Also on the upper floor are the two bunk rooms, one with a single set of bunks and one with two sets, along with a family bathroom fitted with a freestanding bath and a waterfall shower. A separate WC sits downstairs.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is equipped with an integrated double fan oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer and wine fridge. Glass doors open fully onto the decked terrace, drawing the coastal outlook inside. A snug with a glass lantern roof and a wood burner, with a first basket of logs supplied, provides a quieter space, and a dedicated cinema room adds another indoor option. Children have their own area with a PlayStation 4 Pro, and a separate quiet room holds board games. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also on site.

The large decked terrace holds a hot tub and outdoor seating, with sea views from both. An outdoor storage area contains two surfboards and four bodyboards for guest use. Private off-road parking for three cars is provided at the property, and Wi-Fi is available throughout. Travel cot and highchair can be arranged on request.

Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The beach is around 200 metres on foot. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is required before 09:30.
