This traditional three-storey holiday home in Mortehoe sits within 200 metres of the village pub, shop and fish and chip shop. Woolacombe beach, a 3-mile golden sandy stretch popular with surfers and water sports enthusiasts, lies roughly a mile away. The South West Coast Path runs close by for coastal walks and seal spotting.

The ground floor opens into a kitchen/diner with a large farmhouse table, fully equipped cooking facilities including a dishwasher, and a wood burner for cooler evenings. A walk-in shower room with WC and a washing machine complete this level. Stairs lead to the first floor, where a king-size bedroom sits alongside a lounge with an open fire and Smart TV that opens onto a balcony with sea views. A separate WC serves this floor. Three further bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath occupy the second floor.

Two balconies provide seating with views across the surrounding area. At the rear, a shared garden with benches is accessed from the end property. One allocated parking space sits directly outside; a second allocated space is available in a nearby car park.

A travel cot and highchair are available for families. Up to three dogs are permitted, with additional charges that may apply. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure is before 10:00.
