Seacroft - Woolacombe

Seacroft is a five-bedroom coastal home in Mortehoe, near Woolacombe, sleeping 11 across two king-size rooms, two twin rooms, and a family room with a double and a single bed. Every bedroom has its own en-suite: three have a shower and WC, and two have a shower over bath with WC. Private off-road parking for three cars is included, and up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

The ground floor begins with a boot room and utility space before opening into a kitchen-diner that seats all eleven guests comfortably with ocean views through the window. Cooking equipment includes an electric range-style oven and hob, American fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and double air fryer, while the washing machine and tumble dryer are in the utility room. A lounge with Smart TV looks out to the coast path, and a separate snug provides a quieter spot for board games or reading. A WC completes the ground floor.

Four bedrooms occupy the middle floor; the fifth, on the top floor, has direct access onto a private patio terrace that can also be reached from the exterior. Multiple tiered seating areas sit at different levels around the property, with sun loungers suited to longer afternoons taking in the north Devon outlook. A highchair and travel cot are available on request for families with young children.

A pub and shop are within 200 metres, and the beach is half a mile away. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
