Spinners House

Spinners House, 39 Victoria Road, is a four-storey house in the heart of Dartmouth, close to the harbour and the town's shops and restaurants. It sleeps up to 8, accommodating a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, across four bedrooms on the second and third floors.

A private garage gives designated parking for one car, plus an electric car charger point that is free for overnight charging. The ground floor holds a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for hanging wet coats and hiking gear, and the first floor has the family bathroom, kitchen/diner and living/dining room, reached by stairs.

The second floor has two super-king-size bedrooms, one convertible to twin beds on request, served by their own shower room. The third floor adds a double and a twin bedroom, though the stairs up have reduced head space, so mind your step. Stairgates are already installed for families with young children.

An enclosed rear patio with furniture is the spot for morning coffee before heading into town. Dogs are welcome, with a usual maximum of two, ideal for making the most of the local walks. The shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away, the River Dart 0.4 miles and the beach 1.8 miles. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
