The layout sleeps up to eight across three bedrooms: one has a double and a single bed, another has a double bed with an additional sofa bed for two, and the third has a double bed. Each bedroom has a television and a view over the river Dart. Two bathrooms serve the apartment, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower over the bath.

The open lounge has a bay window overlooking the river, and a separate kitchen with a dishwasher is set up for self-catering alongside a dining area. A utility room holds a washer/dryer, and internet access is available, though mobile signal in the area can be variable. There is no garden at the property, though the coast path passes right outside for walking. A parking permit for one car can be arranged for the Mayor's Avenue car park in the town centre, though a space is not guaranteed, particularly during busier months.
