Avondale

Avondale is a three-storey, semi-detached house in the Above Town part of Dartmouth, close to the beach and a short walk from the shop and pub. It sleeps 8 across four bedrooms, with two on the ground floor, one on the first floor and one on the second.

The two ground-floor king-size bedrooms include one with an en-suite bathroom, fitted with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower and basin, and the rear courtyard is reached through this bedroom. Upstairs, the first floor has a twin room that can be made up as a king-size on request, plus a family bathroom, and the second floor holds a children's bunk room alongside the sitting room.

The first-floor kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher, and the washing machine sits in the ground-floor en-suite. The second-floor sitting room has Velux windows with views of the River Dart and across to Kingswear, plus a Sky Glass TV with Sky Sport and WiFi. Gas central heating covers the house, and the rear courtyard has furniture for two.

Avondale takes one well-behaved small to medium dog, and there is no parking or parking permit with the property, though on-street parking is available nearby. Shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away and the beach 1.1 miles. Children should not be left unattended on the front terrace area, and smoking is not permitted.
