Sky Blue

Sky Blue is an inverted-layout holiday property in Instow that sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, all on the ground floor with oak-effect parquet flooring and Smart TVs. Two rooms have super-king beds with en-suite shower rooms and WCs; the other two have super-king zip-and-link beds, convertible to twins on request. One of the zip-and-link rooms shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with bath and overhead shower, accessible from both the bedroom and the corridor. The entrance hallway leads to a lockable integral storage area housing the washing machine and tumble dryer alongside space for bikes, surfboards and pushchairs.

The first floor opens into a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with high ceilings. Bi-folding doors at the dining end open onto a glass Juliet balcony with views across Instow and the estuary, while French doors from the lounge lead to a decked outdoor terrace with glass balustrade and garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a double electric oven, separate grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher, with a breakfast bar island providing extra seating.

A decked bridge from the terrace connects to the enclosed rear garden, mainly lawn with a patio, private hot tub and gas BBQ. A lower patio accessible from the ground floor has an outside hot shower for rinsing off after the beach. The games room contains a two-in-one pool and table tennis table, a large Smart TV and a selection of board games. Driveway parking takes two to four cars and a 22 kW EV charger is included in the tariff. Travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. The beach, pubs and shops are within half a mile.
