Cleveland Villa

This four-bedroom villa sits in Instow, close to the village's shop and pub and within easy reach of the beach. It suits families or groups of friends, with sleeping arrangements across two king-size doubles upstairs, a further king room and a triple room fitted with bunk beds and a single bed at the rear of the property. Between them, the bedrooms are served by a bathroom with a bath and rain shower, a separate en-suite shower room, and a further separate WC.

Inside, the living room has an original fireplace and opens through large French windows onto a private patio for outdoor dining. The kitchen/diner is fitted with a range cooker, dishwasher and underfloor heating, plus a Bose sound system for playing music while cooking. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, a ground-level patio runs along the side of the villa and leads up through terraced borders to a raised decked area with seating, taking in views over the estuary. Private parking is available for four cars, and wifi is included throughout the property.

The villa welcomes up to two dogs, with additional charges applying, and smoking is not permitted. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests, and central heating runs on gas throughout. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
