Rosebank stands in Mortehoe on the North Devon coast, a three-storey house sleeping 12 across six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The open-plan ground floor holds a living area with a fireplace and a smart TV, a kitchen with a range-style cooker, dishwasher and family dining table, plus a separate games room and a snug with a TV and games console.

The first floor has the double bedroom with a freestanding bath and en-suite shower room, a king-size room and a twin that can be set up as a zip-and-link, sharing a family bathroom with a bath, shower, WC and basin. The top floor holds two further king-size rooms with their own en-suites, and a twin room with 2'6 beds best suited to children. The first-floor double has a sea view.

Outside, a large patio garden has a hot tub for up to 6 people, a table and chairs for eating outdoors, and a selection of children's play equipment. Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars, though the parking area is on the tight side, and there's a village car park a 5-minute walk from the property. WiFi, a PS4 and Bluetooth speakers cover evenings in, and a travel cot and highchair are available.

Rosebank takes two well-behaved pets, and the property is strictly no smoking. The shop and pub are a 5-minute walk away, and the beach around 10 minutes.
