Quay West

Quay West is a single-level retreat near Mortehoe, close to Woolacombe, arranged to sleep up to 12 guests across five bedrooms. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the house, with a dining table seating 12 and comfortable sofas facing a Smart TV.

Three bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining two each contain three single beds, sharing a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The kitchen is fitted with electric double ovens and hob, a dishwasher, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. A separate snug/games room offers further sofas, a Smart TV and board games, alongside a full-size table tennis table in the main living space.

Outside, a split-level decking area looks towards the sea and includes a private hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a charcoal barbecue for alfresco dining. There is storage space for surfboards and bikes. Parking is allocated for three cars only in the courtyard, and electric vehicle charging is not available on site.

This property is let for family holidays only, with stag and hen parties not accepted. Up to four dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A cot and highchair can be provided on request. Internet access is available throughout the house.
