Sea Lavender Cottage

Sea Lavender Cottage stands in Appledore, a working fishing village where boats line the quay and local shops and pubs are within walking distance. The property spans three floors and sleeps six guests. Westward Ho! beach is two miles away, and a summer ferry from the village quay crosses the estuary to Instow.

The ground floor lounge has a wood burner, Smart TV with Netflix account available, and a DVD player. The adjoining kitchen/diner features slate flooring, a dining table, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. A shower room with shower and WC serves this level, and a boot area with a door to the small rear courtyard leads off the kitchen. Stairs throughout are steep and cottage-style.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, alongside a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. A second staircase rises to the top-floor king-size bedroom, which has a TV and exposed stonework.

Parking is not attached to the property; roadside spaces are available nearby or guests may use local public car parks, where charges apply. Wi-Fi, heating and electricity are included, as are bed linen and towels. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
