Sea Kist

Sea Kist stands in an elevated position above Salcombe, with views over East Portlemouth Down, Mill Bay, South Pool Creek and the open sea. It is roughly a 10 to 15 minute downhill walk to the town centre, and sleeps 8 across four ground-floor bedrooms.

All four bedrooms sit on the ground floor: three king-size rooms each with their own en-suite shower room, and a twin room, with a family bathroom and an additional cloakroom on the first floor. A utility room off the entrance hall holds the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs, an open-plan living area spans the kitchen, dining and sitting space, with a central island in the kitchen and a dishwasher among the appliances. A separate snug offers a quieter spot for reading, and the extensive south-facing balcony has a table and chairs for dining with the view. Downstairs, a garden room with table tennis opens onto a garden with lawn, terrace and a gas barbecue.

Sea Kist does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. Off-road parking is provided for 2 to 3 cars plus a boat trailer, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request. Sea Kist has recently been refurbished throughout.
