Salvatore is a three-storey house above Salcombe, reached up external steps from its off-road parking, with estuary views from the upper floors. The house sleeps 8 across five bedrooms, and the elevated position keeps it close to the town's shops and beaches while standing well above the water.

The first floor holds a double bedroom, a twin and a bunk room for children, along with the main bathroom, while two further double bedrooms occupy the second floor and take in the coastal views. A ground-floor shower room and a separate cloakroom round out the washing facilities.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and the sitting room offers a Smart TV for evening winding-down.
