Sagewood Cottage

This listed, thatched cottage sits in a central position in Seaton, close to the town's shops, cafes and pubs, with the beach and esplanade within a short walk. The ground floor opens into a sitting room with exposed beams and comfortable sofas, leading through to a kitchen/diner with a large dining table, breakfast bar and additional sofa seating.

Upstairs, the cottage sleeps six across four bedrooms: two king-size doubles, a twin room and a children's bunk bedroom. A second lounge area on this floor has a Smart TV and opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden below. The single family bathroom has a bath, separate walk-in shower cubicle and WC, so this is not a house with multiple en-suites.

Outside, the rear garden is enclosed and arranged over two tiers, combining a paved patio with a lawned area, accessed via steps from the house. Wifi is available throughout, and the kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine alongside the electric oven and gas hob.

Two dogs are welcome at an additional charge. There is no private parking at the property, though a public car park with charges is within 300 metres. The cottage is arranged over two floors with stairs throughout and two separate lounge areas, one on each level.
