Raleigh House

Raleigh House is a three-storey property in Salcombe, in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, built for larger groups. From the driveway, the entrance opens into a hallway leading to an open-plan living area with views over Dartmoor and the estuary, a dining table large enough for all ten guests, and double doors out to a large balcony.

Also on this floor is a twin room with two single beds and a shower room with a rain-head shower. The lower ground floor holds two further bedrooms: another twin room and a bunk room with a small sofa, plus a second family shower room. On the top floor, the master suite has a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate dressing area, and a second en-suite bedroom has a double bed and bath, both looking out over the surrounding countryside.

The kitchen is fitted with Neff appliances including two oven/grills, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice machine and a washing machine, and off-road parking is provided for two cars. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with a large lawn, a furnished terrace with table and chairs, and a Weber coal barbecue; the hot tub on site is reserved for the owners and isn't available to guests.

Raleigh House allows two dogs, and the house is strictly no smoking. Stag and hen parties and large groups of young adults are not accepted, and Salcombe's pubs, beaches, shops and the South West Coast Path are all a short trip away.
