Courtenay Villa

Courtenay Villa is a five-bedroom house within striking distance of Salcombe, close to both North and South Sands beaches. The house sleeps up to 10, with a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children, and several of the bedrooms open onto their own balconies or a Juliet balcony.

The super king-size bedroom has glass doors giving views of the sea, and it interconnects with a bunk room suitable for children only, though both rooms have their own access. A king-size bedroom on the same floor has coastline views, while downstairs there is a double bedroom with a Juliet balcony and a twin bedroom with sea views. A second-floor shower room and a further bathroom serve the rest of the house.

The kitchen-diner has an induction hob, an electric double oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer, and the sitting room has three sofas and a TV with a DVD player. Underfloor heating covers most of the house, aside from two ground-floor bedrooms with electric radiators.

Outside, balconies and a paved patio area have a barbecue, and there is a new electric car charging port alongside ample parking. A pub sits within 0.4 miles and a shop within 1.6 miles. Courtenay Villa does not accept pets, children must be supervised at all times on the terraces and balconies, and the property is strictly no smoking.
