Lorrell

Lorrell is a detached house in Salcombe, laid out across two storeys with five bedrooms and room for up to 9 guests. An open-plan living space brings the kitchen, dining and sitting areas together around an electric fire, and a separate first-floor sitting room gives a second place to spread out.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and is joined by two further doubles, a twin and a bunk room. A family bathroom with bath and shower over serves the upper floor, and a ground-floor shower room adds a second washing point for the household.

The kitchen runs to an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, with a separate utility room and tumble dryer for extra storage and longer stays. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and WiFi with a Smart TV covers evenings in. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and central heating keeps the house comfortable year round.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a patio, lawn, furniture and a barbecue for meals outdoors, and off-road parking is provided. One well-behaved pet is welcome to join the stay, and the house is no smoking throughout. A shop is a 0.1-mile walk away, with a pub a little further at 0.5 miles.
