Puddaven Barn

Puddaven Barn is a farmhouse conversion on a working farm with livestock in the village of North Bovey, Devon. The barn sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms, spread over three floors, and requires a minimum stay of four nights, holiday bookings only.

A ground-floor bedroom has a super-king-size bed, which can convert to twins, and its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC, alongside a utility room with a washing machine. Up on the first floor, an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is built around a wood-burning stove, with a cloakroom close by. Steep steps lead to a second-floor bedroom, another super-king-size room with its own en-suite shower room, and a stair gate is fitted at the top for safety.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a toaster, along with a TV and WiFi throughout. Heating is electric underfloor heating, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Off-road parking is provided for two cars.

Puddaven Barn does not take pets, does not accept worker bookings, and smoking is not permitted inside or around the property. The nearest shop and pub are both 3.4 miles away, and guests should be aware the barn sits on a working farm.
