Pottery Cottage - Dartmouth

Pottery Cottage is a stone-fronted mid-terrace house within the Dartmouth Pottery Development, sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms. It sits close to Warfleet Creek, with the town centre of Dartmouth a walk away along the river.

The ground floor holds a spacious lounge/diner with a Smart TV, an oak dining table seating eight and patio doors to the rear, along with a galley kitchen fitted with a Smeg oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and full-size dishwasher. A utility room with washer/dryer and a WC complete this level.

Upstairs, the first floor has two king-size bedrooms: one with its own en-suite shower room, and the other with use of the family bathroom, which has a bath with shower over and a WC. The second floor adds a super king-size zip-and-link bedroom that can be made up as a twin on request, and a twin room with a porthole-style window; a further WC and basin serve these two rooms. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request, though guests should bring their own cot bedding.

Outside, rear decking with garden furniture and a gas barbecue suits outdoor meals, and private off-road parking is provided for one car, with additional parking available by arrangement and free on-road spaces nearby. Internet access is provided, and one dog is welcome, with additional charges possibly applying.
