Pit Close is a single-storey barn conversion sitting between the villages of Stockland and Dalwood, about 1.8 miles from Dalwood, in the Blackdown Hills. The open-plan living space has a vaulted ceiling, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a large dining table, and bi-folding doors onto an enclosed front patio with furniture, looking out over the surrounding fields.

The property sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a double with an en-suite shower room and views over the fields and valley, a second double, and a twin room, both looking out to the side. A family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower serves the two non-en-suite bedrooms.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, air fryer, washing machine and dishwasher, and there's a smart TV with Freeview and WiFi. Electric central heating with underfloor heating runs throughout, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Pit Close takes two well-behaved dogs, and a private driveway holds 3 cars. Smoking is not permitted. A shop is 1.6 miles away and a pub 1.4 miles, with Dalwood's own pub, the Tuckers Arms, a further option. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
