Culverwells

Culverwells is a spacious house near Axminster in the East Devon countryside, decorated in a country style with a sun room enclosed by two walls of bi-fold doors that open the view over the surrounding fields. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a super king-size bed, a second has a king-size, a third is a twin, and the fourth holds children's bunks, with the bottom bunk suitable for an adult. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, separate shower, basin and WC, and a second shower room with shower, basin and WC sits on the ground floor.

The kitchen has a dining area of its own alongside a separate dining room, utility room and sitting room, fitted with an electric range cooker, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Oil-fired underfloor heating runs beneath the flagstone floors, and a lawned garden outside has furniture and a barbecue. Off-road parking is provided for 4 cars, and a cot and highchair are available on request.

Culverwells welcomes two well-behaved dogs, kept to the tiled floor areas downstairs, which cover the kitchen/diner and garden room. Smoking is not permitted, and a 7-night minimum stay applies for bookings in October and over the May half-term.
