Outer Bias

This four-bedroom house on the outskirts of Croyde sleeps up to nine guests and sits close to the beach, with sea views from several rooms. Two bedrooms are arranged on the ground floor, a twin and a double, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom, which suits guests who prefer to avoid stairs for part of the group. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super-king bed and its own en-suite with sea views, while a further bedroom offers three single beds, two of which can be converted to a super-king by prior request when booking. A third bathroom and a separate WC complete the sleeping arrangements.

The ground floor is set up for family stays and group cooking, with a well-equipped kitchen, separate utility room, dining area and a living room alongside a snug that opens through patio doors onto the garden. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and a log burner adds warmth to the living space for cooler evenings. A Smart TV and Nespresso coffee machine are also provided, along with a welcome pack for arriving guests.

Outside, the mature private garden has a lawn, patio seating and a barbecue, all with sea and coastal views. The beach is around 100 metres from the house, with a pub and shop roughly 0.7 miles away. Private parking is available on site for three medium cars or four small ones, and an electric vehicle charging point is also provided. Secure storage is on hand for bikes, surfboards and wetsuits, which is useful given the coastal location.

Internet access is available throughout the property. Dogs are not permitted at this house, and guests should note the arrival time from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. Beach towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own.
