Set in the heart of Croyde, this five-bedroom holiday home sleeps 10 guests across two doubles, two twins and a king-size sleigh bed. Two bedrooms sit on the ground floor alongside a shower room with WC. A fully tiled first-floor bathroom with shower over the bath and WC serves the remaining three bedrooms upstairs.

The kitchen follows a black-and-white design and is stocked with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, wine cooler and a Ninja Double Air-Fryer. A separate utility room holds a washing machine, tumble dryer and Butler sink. The large living room has three leather sofas and two armchairs arranged around a wall-mounted TV, and opens through into a conservatory with a wooden dining table and chairs that seat 10.

Outside, the fully enclosed garden backs onto countryside and includes a raised decking area with rattan seating, a patio with a BBQ, and a hot tub available between 9am and 10pm. A brook runs the full length of the garden and is fenced off for safety. Three cars fit on the private driveway at the front of the property, where an outdoor trickle charger is available for electric vehicles. CCTV covers the front of the property for security purposes only.

A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for families with young children. No dogs are accepted, and guests should bring their own beach towels. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
