Dunes At West Croyde

Set in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Croyde, this four-bedroom house sleeps eight and accepts up to five dogs. The ground floor opens into a light lounge-diner with limed oak flooring, a large wall-mounted TV, music system and a wood burner with the first basket of logs included. A glass dining table seats eight for formal meals, while a sun room with French doors onto the garden works well as a reading or relaxing space. The well-equipped kitchen-diner has a breakfast table with benches for eight, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, with a washing machine tucked into the adjoining utility cupboard.

The ground-floor king-size zip-and-link bedroom can be configured as a twin on request, and a separate shower room with WC is also on this level. Upstairs, one double has an en-suite shower room with WC and looks out over the dunes towards the sea. The remaining double and the twin share a bathroom with bath and WC. Oil central heating is included throughout.

The enclosed garden surrounds the property and includes a paved terrace with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and a hammock seating area. An outdoor hot shower makes it easy to rinse wetsuits or sandy paws after a beach visit. The garage, accessed from the garden, provides secure storage for surfboards, bikes and buggies, and three off-road parking spaces sit beside the property.

The village centre, beach, shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
