Croyde Farm Barn

A converted stone barn in Croyde sleeping eight across five bedrooms, Croyde Farm Barn sits within a few minutes' walk of the village pub and shops, while Croyde Bay's surf beach is half a mile on foot. Private parking for two cars is included, and two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

The ground floor holds a super-king zip-and-link bedroom that can be split into twin beds on request, alongside a wet room with shower and WC, and a utility room with an additional fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, a king-size room has its own en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower and WC, and a separate family bathroom serves the double and two single rooms with a full bath, walk-in shower, double wash basins and WC.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is lit by feature skylights and equipped with an electric oven and hob, an electric AGA, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso pod coffee machine and dishwasher. Patio doors open from here into the courtyard, and a lounge with comfortable seating and a Smart TV connects through. A gallery area features a hanging egg chair. Beach towels are not provided.

Outside, a tiled courtyard with table and chairs sits at the base of the barn, with steps leading up to a lawned garden where children and dogs can roam. Guests also have shared access to a 0.5-acre lawn, though the trampoline and skate ramp on that area are not available for use. The barn can be booked alongside the adjacent Croyde Farm Cottage, which accommodates a further six guests.
