Ocean View Apartment

Ocean View Apartment is a second-floor penthouse within a development of apartments set in landscaped gardens close to Thurlestone, with direct access to the South West Coast Path. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has a four-ring gas hob, electric oven and a large dining table, and French doors lead onto a private roof terrace facing south-west, a good spot to sit out with the sea views the apartment is known for.

The lounge has a flatscreen TV with Freeview and further doors onto the terrace. Of the three bedrooms, the master has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second is a twin room with two single beds, and the third is a bunk room, with a separate family bathroom serving the second and third bedrooms. The apartment sleeps six across the three rooms.

Guests also have use of the development's 1.5 acres of communal gardens, with picnic tables, benches and a barbecue area. A washing machine and tumble dryer sit in the utility room, and fibre broadband and a smart TV with Freeview and DVD cover evenings in. A cot is available for younger guests.

One designated parking space is provided, with further free parking available in the village, though trailers and boats are not permitted in the car park. One well-behaved dog is welcome by arrangement, for an extra charge, and the apartment is strictly no smoking throughout.
