3 Thurlestone Rock is a first-floor apartment on the edge of Thurlestone Sands in Thurlestone, with ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom. French doors from the combined living and dining room open onto a balcony with sea views, table and chairs, and the development sits close to the South West Coast Path.

The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite bathroom, a double room and a twin room, the second and third looking over open countryside. A separate family bathroom has a bath, a shower cubicle and a heated towel rail, and the dining table seats six for evening meals.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, larder fridge, freezer and dishwasher, plus a breakfast bar with stools. A separate utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer, and the living room has a TV with smart features and free wireless broadband.

Residents share a private patio with a barbecue area, a sun deck and an outdoor heated swimming pool, open from late May to late September each year. One allocated visitor parking space is provided, and trailers, caravans and boats are not permitted on site.
