4 Thurlestone Rock

4 Thurlestone Rock is a first-floor apartment on the edge of Thurlestone Sands in Thurlestone, with spectacular ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom. Double patio doors lead from the combined living and dining room onto a private balcony with sea and beach views, a teak table and chairs, and the village's 18-hole links golf course and sandy beaches are within walking distance.

The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite bathroom and sea views, and two twin rooms with views over open countryside. A further bathroom has a bath, a shower cubicle, a bidet and a heated towel rail, and the dining table seats six for evening meals.

The kitchen has an electric double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge freezer, and a separate utility room holds the washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The living room has a large TV with Freeview, a DVD player, a radio/iPod dock and WiFi, and feather bedding is used throughout.

Residents share a private patio with a barbecue area, a sun deck and an outdoor heated swimming pool, open from late May to late September each year, though barbecues are not permitted on the balconies or patios themselves. One allocated visitor parking space is provided, and the apartment takes one well-behaved dog. Trailers, boats and caravans are not permitted on site, and the apartment is strictly no smoking.
