5 Thurlestone Beach

5 Thurlestone Beach is a west-facing, ground-floor apartment set within landscaped gardens close to the village of Thurlestone, a short walk from the beach and the South West Coast Path. The apartment features headland and sea views and sleeps 6 across three bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an armchair and an en-suite shower room, and looks out over the gardens towards the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has bunk beds suited to children. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves the two smaller rooms.

The open-plan kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, gas oven and hob, and a separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and bread maker. The sitting area has a 40-inch TV with Sky and a DVD player, and the dining table seats 6. French doors lead from the living space to a covered patio.

Guests share 1.5 acres of communal gardens, including a sunken garden and a barbecue area. Parking is strictly for one car, with no trailers or additional visitor vehicles, though free parking is available in the village. 5 Thurlestone Beach welcomes two small, well-behaved dogs, with a third possible on request depending on size and breed, and is no smoking. Cot linen and beach towels are not included.
