Oakwood

Oakwood sits on the second floor of a building in Kingsteignton, with its own external entrance and a dedicated reception where keys are handed over rather than left in a box. It sleeps 2 across a single bedroom, suited to a couple rather than a family group.

A super-king-size zip/link bed fills the bedroom and can be split into twins on request, with its own TV for the room. The bathroom, a short walk along the hall, has a bath with an overhead shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC.

The living space is open-plan, joining the kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with a second TV and WiFi throughout. The kitchen runs to an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking is designated and off-road, and one well-behaved pet can stay for a fee per stay, payable on arrival.

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies, and the apartment is strictly no smoking. The building's on-site leisure club, restaurant, gym, sauna and swimming pool are closed for essential maintenance until 1 January 2027. A shop is 0.6 miles from the door, a pub 0.7 miles, and the river and canal 0.4 miles.
