Oakwood 2 @ Pinewood Retreat

Oakwood 2 is a three-bedroom, single-storey lodge on Pinewood Retreat, a holiday park near Lyme Regis, with Rousdon also nearby. The lodge sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children under 12, and the bunk bedroom is for children only.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with views over the park, plus a king-size bedroom, a twin room and a bunk room. The bathroom has both a bath and a separate walk-in shower. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, enclosed decking with furniture opens onto a communal garden, and guests can use both the indoor and outdoor communal swimming pools on site, though children must be supervised at all times while using them; the indoor pool runs year-round bar three days at Christmas, and the outdoor pool has seasonal opening. Designated parking is provided for 1 car, and there's an on-site launderette, payable on use.

No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted. The property's electricity supply cannot charge electric vehicles, though EV charging points are available in the Tesco and Aldi car parks in nearby Seaton. The shop is 3.1 miles away and the pub 2.2 miles.
