Lynch Cottage

Lynch Cottage is a detached house in an elevated spot near Rousdon, with sea views from the property and from the dining room's parquet floor and second woodburning stove. The sitting room has its own feature woodburning stove, and there's an outside table tennis table in the garden for whiling away an afternoon.

Four bedrooms, three twins made up as zip-link singles and one king-size, sleep six guests across three bathrooms, one of them en-suite. A ground-floor bedroom is available, though the sloping approach path and two steps into the front door mean the house is not recommended for anyone with limited mobility.

The kitchen is fully fitted for a large group, with electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge and small freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, plus a Nespresso machine and slow cooker. Three TVs, two DVD players and WiFi cover the house, and a highchair, travel cot and two stairgates are provided for younger guests.

The large terraced garden has lawns and a patio area with furniture, looking out over the sea, and an initial supply of logs is included for the woodburning stoves. Parking is provided for three cars on the driveway marked for the property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on site.
