Hazelwood 3

Hazelwood 3 is a single-storey home on Pinewood Retreat, a short drive from Rousdon and set between Lyme Regis and Seaton. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a double with its own en-suite shower room, a second double, and a twin, all served alongside a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has a dishwasher, washer-dryer and fridge freezer, a large TV, and a dining table for shared meals. Gas central heating runs throughout, and off-road parking is provided for 2 cars. Outside, an enclosed veranda wraps around the front and side of the house with a table and chairs for sitting out.

Guests staying at Hazelwood 3 can use Pinewood Retreat's indoor and outdoor swimming pools, both shared with other properties on the site. The heated indoor pool runs all year round, aside from three days over Christmas, while the outdoor pool has seasonal opening. Children must be supervised around both pools at all times, and there's a launderette on site with charges payable.

Lyme Regis is known for its sandy beach, Jurassic Coast scenery and the historic Cobb harbour, while Charmouth nearby draws visitors for fossil hunting along its beach. Hazelwood 3 doesn't accept pets and is strictly no smoking, with check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
