Newhaven Cabin

Newhaven Cabin is a single-storey, semi-detached property set within the grounds of the owner's working farm near Branscombe, close to Seaton. It sleeps four across two bedrooms and suits couples or a small family looking for a self-contained base with private outdoor facilities.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the cabin, with bi-fold doors opening onto the garden and a Smart TV in the lounge. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, with a dining table for meals in. One bedroom is a super-king-size room with its own en-suite shower and sauna; the second is a twin zip-and-link room that can be made up as a king-size on request. A separate shower room with WC completes the accommodation.

Outside, an enclosed garden and patio area comes with garden furniture, and a second patio houses a private hot tub. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, though the driveway follows a farm track that may not suit lowered vehicles. A travel cot and highchair are available for families with young children.

No dogs are permitted at this property. Internet access is included, and towels are provided as standard. The cabin is set apart from the main farmhouse, giving guests their own private space within the grounds.
