Keepers Cottage

Keepers Cottage is a brick-built, all-ground-floor chalet bungalow in the Stoneleigh Holiday Village, about 3.5 miles from Sidmouth. The open-plan living area has wood-styled flooring, leather sofas, dining for 4 and a TV, and the bungalow sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and a bathroom finished to a high standard throughout.

The king-size double and the twin bedroom share a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and there's a TV with Freeview and WiFi throughout, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

A paved verandah with decking and furniture sits outside for warmer days, a good spot to sit out and take in the sea views. Ample off-road parking is provided at the property. Keepers Cottage welcomes one well-behaved dog, and bookings run to a minimum of two nights; the site itself has no additional facilities beyond the accommodation.

The South West Coastal Path runs close by for walkers, and Sidmouth, with its shops, cafes, pubs and beach, is a short drive away. Smoking is not permitted, and guests can expect a quiet holiday village setting rather than on-site amenities.
