Mulberry Mews

This house sits in the centre of Seaton, within easy reach of the shop, pub and beach. It sleeps five across three bedrooms and suits a family or group of friends wanting a base close to the town's everyday amenities rather than a rural retreat.

The layout places a double bedroom, a twin room and a single bedroom upstairs, though the single is only accessible by passing through the double, so groups sharing this space should plan accordingly. Downstairs there is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, alongside a lounge and a kitchen/diner suited to sociable meals. Visitors should note there are steps up and down into some rooms of the house, which is worth bearing in mind for anyone with mobility concerns.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob, fan oven, dishwasher and microwave, with a fridge/freezer in the hallway. A washing machine is housed in an outhouse rather than the main kitchen. Outside, a patio and paved garden come with a charcoal BBQ and dining table, making use of the compact outdoor space attached to the property.

Parking is provided via a permit for one car in a public car park rather than a private driveway, so guests travelling with more than one vehicle should arrange alternatives. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
