2 Mareeba

2 Mareeba is a first-floor apartment in a townhouse along the coast at Seaton, with sea views from the sitting room's large windows over the bay. It's reached via an external covered staircase at the back, with white walls, sea-blue rugs and leather sofas throughout the living space.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two king-size bedrooms, one with its own en-suite shower room; a second bathroom has a bath with a shower over, basin and WC. A central dining table and the balcony both look out to the bay, and both bedrooms have wooden floors.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, microwave and a fridge with ice box, alongside a washing machine and dishwasher. The sitting room has three TVs, a DVD player, CD player, radio and WiFi, and gas heating covers the apartment; fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. An enclosed, south-facing balcony has its own furniture for meals outside.

One allocated parking space is provided at the rear of the property, reached down an external staircase; there is also free parking on the seafront outside from November to March, and free overnight parking year-round from 6pm to 9am. The apartment does not accept children under 10, and bookings are limited to a maximum of 14 nights. No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking.
