Missioners Cottage

Missioners Cottage sits in the centre of Appledore, a fishing village at the mouth of the Taw estuary. The quay, village shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance. The South West Coast Path is accessible for coastal walks, and Instow's sandy beach is a short drive across the river.

The ground floor opens into a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave combi oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A separate WC and sink sit near the back door, which leads out to a shared courtyard. Roadside parking is available subject to local availability; a weekly ticket can be purchased at a nearby car park.

The first floor holds the master bedroom with a king-size bed, private en-suite and estuary views. A family bathroom with spa bath and separate shower is also on this floor. The third floor contains a second double bedroom alongside the lounge, a light and airy space with dual-aspect water views, leather sofas, a large TV and a dedicated tea and coffee station with sink.

Towels and a cot are provided. One dog is permitted, with additional charges possibly applying. Wi-Fi and central heating are included in the cost. The cottage sleeps four guests across two bedrooms, with arrival from 17:00 and departure before 10:00.
