3 The Gables

This apartment sits close to Appledore, with the quayside, shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance and the beach a five-minute drive away. Instow's sandy beach and Westward Ho! are also reachable by car, or via the short foot ferry from Appledore quay.

The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, with a single bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath and a separate WC. Guests are asked to bring their own towels. The large lounge/diner has a southerly aspect and a bay window looking out across the estuary and surrounding countryside, with the dining table positioned to take in the same view. A Smart TV and iPod dock are provided for evenings in.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, covering the basics for a self-catering stay. Outside, guests have use of a communal seating area rather than a private garden. Internet access is available, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided for families with young children.

Parking is available for one car, subject to availability, though additional roadside parking can be found nearby. Dogs cannot be accommodated at this property. Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout is before 10:00.
