Coral Cottage

Coral Cottage is a terraced cottage in Appledore, sleeping four across two bedrooms. It sits close to the shops, restaurants and quay in the village, with the beach at Instow visible across the river.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area forms the main living space. The lounge has two sofas, a gas fireplace and a Smart TV, with board games and books provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table seats all guests. A downstairs family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has an original period fireplace, TV and vanity area. The twin room has garden views and its own ensuite WC, though this is a separate WC rather than a second bathroom. A dishwasher is fitted in the kitchen, and wifi is available throughout.

Outside there is a private lawned garden with two stoned seating areas, suited to alfresco dining, though the boundary has recently been changed from a wooden fence to Laurel trees and chicken wire, and there are a couple of steps between garden levels. An outdoor storage hut holds crabbing nets. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Parking is on unrestricted roadside spaces along The Quay and Marine Parade, subject to availability, with public car parks around a quarter of a mile away. Dogs are not accepted at this property.
