This contemporary single-storey barn conversion occupies a singular position on the Northam Burrows, sitting between Appledore and Westward Ho! within the grounds of the owner's home, with privacy assured. Guests enter via an enclosed courtyard into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner finished in a clean, modern style. The lounge has comfortable seating and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The two bedrooms sit either side of a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath. The super-king-size zip-and-link can be made up as a twin on request, and the second room is a twin. A wood burner, with the first basket of logs included, provides a focal point alongside electric and underfloor heating throughout the property.

Through the lounge, a good-sized enclosed patio looks out across the country park towards the estuary and sea. Seating is plentiful and a secure shed accommodates bikes, surfboards or golf clubs. Off-road parking for two cars is allocated, and a charcoal BBQ is available for use.

Up to two dogs are welcome, with additional dogs possible by prior arrangement, and the Northam Burrows provides extensive walking straight from the door. Appledore's pubs and shops are roughly a mile away, and Westward Ho! offers a two-mile sandy beach suited to swimming and surfing. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
