Meadow View Cottage

Meadow View Cottage sits in the village of Lympstone, on the eastern bank of the Exe estuary. The cottage sleeps 4 across two upstairs bedrooms, a double and a twin, reached by landing steps from the ground floor. A family bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves both rooms.

Downstairs holds a sitting room with a gas fire, and a kitchen-diner fitted with a gas aga-style oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate utility room adds further space, and a Smart TV with WiFi covers evenings in. Gas central heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Outside, stone steps lead up to a private terraced garden with table, chairs, a barbeque and a summer house, a spot to sit out in the evenings. Off-road parking is provided for one vehicle, up to the size of an SUV, and a cot and highchair are available on request. The pub and village shop are around a 5-minute walk away.

Meadow View Cottage takes two well-behaved dogs, and the property is strictly no smoking. The garden is reached via stone steps, and Exmouth and Topsham are each about 3 miles away, reachable on foot or by train along the Avocet Line that runs beside the Exe estuary.
