Long Linney

Long Linney is a single-storey barn conversion in Littleham, near Bideford, set beside a working sheep farm next to the owner's own home. The property sleeps 4 across three bedrooms: a super-king-size room that can be set up as a twin on request, and two further single rooms.

The super-king bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The two single bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath, a shower over the bath, basin and WC. There are three small internal steps within the property, worth noting if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A sitting room has a woodburning stove set into a stone fireplace, an exposed stone wall and a Smart TV with a selection of DVDs, and a separate dining room seats the household for meals. Oil-fired central heating runs through the house, with a starter pack for the woodburning stove included in the rent between October and March. WiFi covers the property throughout.

Outside, an enclosed garden has furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub for evenings in. Off-road parking is provided for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A shop is 1.5 miles away and a pub 0.9 miles, both in the surrounding area near Bideford.
