Hillside Barn

Littleham is a quiet hamlet close to the North Devon coast, and this single-level barn conversion sits within it, sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms. The layout includes a king-size room with an en-suite shower room and WC, two double rooms and a twin, all served by a family bathroom with a rainfall shower over bath and WC. Floor-to-ceiling windows along the glass-fronted elevation fill the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with natural light, and countryside views carry through from front to rear. The dining table seats all eight guests comfortably.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, hot plate and fridge/freezer. At the entrance, a utility room houses a washing machine alongside a coat and boot rack, a practical arrangement for days returning from the beach or a muddy coastal walk. The South West Coast Path is accessible nearby, and a local pub is roughly 400 metres away on foot.

A terrace to the rear provides comfortable and dining seating with open countryside views, and a lawned garden adjoins it. The hot tub is positioned here, a straightforward reward after a day along the coast. Private off-road parking accommodates four cars.

The property accepts two dogs, and additional charges may apply. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Wi-Fi is included. The nearest beach is around five miles away and shops are within approximately 2.5 miles. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure must be before 10:00.
