This barn conversion sits within the owner's grounds near Littleham, close to Bideford, and sleeps two guests in a single bedroom with a king-size bed. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the heart of the property, with two sofas, a Smart TV and a wood burner (the first basket of logs is provided) set against exposed beams.

The kitchen has a flagstone floor and is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and dishwasher, while a separate shared store room houses a tumble dryer and freezer. Guests should note there are two steps down to the kitchen and bathroom, which has a shower over bath and WC, and one step up to the bedroom, so this layout will not suit everyone.

Outside, a lawned garden extends to around one acre and is shared with a sister property, with a BBQ and seating area for use during a stay. Ample off-road parking is available, along with a shed for bike storage and a washing line. Two dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on leads, and there is an outdoor dog shower for muddy paws after a walk; regrettably cats cannot be accommodated.

Children aged two and under can stay, but the property regrets it cannot take older children, and a highchair is available on request though no travel cot is provided. Wi-fi is offered but can be intermittent owing to the rural location, and the village pub is within walking distance for anyone after an evening meal without driving.
