Littleham Court Cottage

Littleham Court Cottage is a traditional farm cottage on the outskirts of Littleham, near Bideford, set on a working sheep farm next to the owner's home. Exposed beams and skylight windows run through the sitting room downstairs. The cottage sleeps 5 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of each on the ground floor.

The ground floor holds a single bedroom with an adjoining shower room, a sitting room with a pool table, and a dining room with a woodburning stove and TV. Note that this is a multi-level property with steps throughout the ground floor and entrance hall, worth planning around. Upstairs are a double and a twin bedroom with views over the surrounding farmland, sharing a bathroom with a bath.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a large fridge and a separate freezer in the utility room, plus a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. French doors open from the dining room to the garden, where an enclosed patio and decking area has furniture, a barbecue, a pizza oven and a hot tub for evenings in. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Littleham Court Cottage takes three well-behaved dogs. Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars, with the shop 1.5 miles away and the pub 0.9 miles. Arrival is not before 5pm and departure by 10am, EV charging is not permitted, and steep steps in the property are worth taking care on. Smoking is not allowed, and the property cannot take bookings arranged through social care or local authority schemes.
