Littleham Court Manor

Littleham Court Manor is a farmhouse-style property on the outskirts of Littleham, near Bideford, adjacent to a working sheep farm and surrounded by open farmland. The kitchen/diner has an Aga alongside a Neff double oven, and the sitting room has a woodburning stove for cooler evenings.

Three bedrooms sleep 5 guests: a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room, a twin that can convert to a super-king on request, and a single. A second bathroom has a bath and shower over, and a ground-floor shower room gives a third washing space, alongside a separate cloakroom.

Outside, the garden has a patio, furniture and a hot tub. Heating is oil-fired, backed by the woodburning stove, and a starter pack of logs is included from October to March. The kitchen also has a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, and three Smart TVs cover the bedrooms and living room alongside WiFi.

Off-road parking is provided, though EV charging is not permitted on site. A cot and highchair are available on request, and Littleham Court Manor welcomes up to three well-behaved pets. The shop is 2.2 miles away and the pub 0.9 miles. Smoking is not allowed, and a returnable housekeeping bond applies.
