Lodge 68 - Fern Gully

Lodge 68 - Fern Gully is a wooden lodge at Finlakes Holiday Park, near Chudleigh, with private off-road parking for one car. The lodge sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms: a first-floor double with its own balcony and TV, a first-floor twin, and a ground-floor twin with its own shower room. The main bathroom has a corner bath, handheld shower, basin and WC, while the ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

An open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining space and sitting room, with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker, plus a dining table that seats six. A Smart TV and WiFi cover evenings in, and gas central heating runs through the lodge, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available on request for younger guests.

Outside, enclosed decking holds furniture and a hot tub, and the lodge also has its own sauna. Finlakes Holiday Park itself has fishing lakes, swimming pools, a gym, steam room, spa, adventure park, horse riding, tennis courts and a restaurant for guests to use during their stay. The site's shop is around 2 miles from the lodge, the nearest pub 1.7 miles, and a lake 0.4 miles.

No pets are allowed and the lodge is no smoking throughout. Finlake is not well suited to guests with mobility difficulties, and early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge.
