Lee Shore

Lee Shore is a two-storey apartment in the heart of Salcombe, a few steps from the town's restaurants, shops and quayside. The open-plan living area has views across the Salcombe estuary towards Fisherman's Cove and East Portlemouth, and a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar. The apartment sleeps 3, with one double bedroom and one single.

The double bedroom and shower room are on the lower floor, along with a separate cloakroom. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hand basin. An electric feature fireplace sits in the living area, alongside a television with a Freeview recorder and DVD player.

Access is from two short flights of steps outside, and the living area and kitchen are reached by a steep internal staircase with a rope handrail, so the layout is not suitable for young children. A parking pass for one car is included, unallocated on a first-come basis for Salcombe's long stay car park, subject to its own restrictions.

WiFi is available throughout, and bed linen and towels are supplied. No pets are permitted and the apartment is strictly no smoking, and the property sits right in the town centre, close to the South West Coast Path and Overbeck's House and Gardens.
