34 The Salcombe is a third-floor studio apartment on Salcombe's waterfront, with estuary views from a private corner balcony. The studio sleeps up to 3: the open-plan living space has a fold-down double bed, and a single sofa bed is available by request.

The kitchen has a Neff electric oven and hob, a microwave and a large fridge with an ice box, and the sitting area has a TV, WiFi and a Wonderboom speaker. A bathroom fitted in 2021 has a bath and a high-pressure power shower with three settings, plus a heated towel rail and a noise-free night light. Fuel, power and bed linen are included in the rent, and the sofa bed's linen is provided by request.

Residents share communal gardens and an outdoor heated swimming pool, normally available from late May to late September each year and subject to change, along with a private mooring for a boat up to 5 metres, accessed through the garden and the slipway from the lower car park. Boats up to 5 metres long and 2 metres in beam may use the pontoon, which is removed for the winter in November, when moorings are not available. A lift serves the building, and laundry is via coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the ground-floor communal area.

One car can use the reserved parking space, though electric car charging is not available at the property. No pets are allowed, and it is strictly no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all adjacent to the building.
